智通财经APP讯，中国建筑国际(03311)发布公告，有关由 China State Construction Finance (Cayman) III Limited(发行人)发行并由本公司提供无条件及不可撤回担保的 5亿美元的次级担保永续资本证券(证券)发行的相关事宜。
根据证券条款和条件，发行人可发出不少于三十天及不多于六十天的通知，以未偿还本金总额连同应计的任何分派(但不包括在首个赎回日期或在首个赎回日期后的任何分派支付日的分派)赎回全部证券。
发行人已于2024年12月3日赎回所有未偿还的证券。截至本公告日期，概无未偿还已发行的证券。发行人已据此向联交所申请撤销证券的上市地位。该上市地位的撤销预计将于2024年12月11日营业结束时生效。
