智通财经APP讯，阅文集团(00772)公布，有关上海阅文同意授予苍穹互娱文学作品的若干改编权，总代价为人民币5000万元，为更全面地开发知识产权并更好地释放知识产权的商业潜力，于2024年12月6日，上海阅文与苍穹互娱签订终止协议以终止知识产权许可协议。订约方已相互同意自终止协议日期起解除及免除彼此于其项下的各自义务、责任及负债，且苍穹互娱此后不再保留上海阅文授予的任何改编权。根据终止协议，上海阅文毋须向苍穹互娱支付任何费用或赔偿，且订约双方均不得因终止知识产权许可协议而向对方提出任何申索。
