秦港股份股东拟减持不超2%股份
财中社12月8日电秦港股份（601326/03369）发布持股5%以上股东拟通过大宗交易方式减持股份计划公告。公告显示，截至2024年12月9日，股东秦皇岛市国资委持有公司5.1亿股A股，占公司总股本的9.12%。该股东计划在2024年12月30日至2025年3月28日之间，减持不超过1.12亿股，即不超过公司总股本的2.00%。减持原因是基于自身发展需要。
秦皇岛市国资委此前承诺其所持股份自首次公开发行之日起12个月内不转让，锁定期满后2年内减持不超过其持股总数的50%。减持计划的实施存在不确定性，将根据市场情况和公司股价进行调整，且不会导致上市公司控制权发生变更。
2024年前三季度，秦港股份实现收入50.70亿元，归母净利润13.39亿元。
