【江西农商联合银行明确将采取“上参下”模式组建】金十数据12月5日讯，江西省联社党委书记、理事长王东升近日刊文表示，江西省联社将通过组建联合银行的改革模式，以自上而下的资本股权为纽带，理顺行业管理体制和公司治理机制。据了解，江西省联社于今年4月召开社员大会。会议决定，在江西省联社基础上组建江西农村商业联合银行股份有限公司（暂定名），并授权筹建工作小组组织实施和开展筹建工作。农商联合银行被认为是保持县域法人机构稳定，改革成本较小的一种模式。在实践中，组建联合银行又有两种方式，分别是“上参下”模式和自下而上发起设立模式。
