消息面上，12月2日晚，美国工业和安全局(BIS)修订了《出口管理条例》(EAR)，将140个中国半导体行业相关实体添加到“实体清单”。交银国际认为，国产半导体设备涉及的上游供应商虽然包含海外厂商，但基本都存在国产替代方案，且多个国产设备厂商也一直寻求并购上游厂商机会，风险基本可控。该行对国产半导体设备持积极态度，认为国产替代趋势或将进一步继续。
值得注意的是，2020年，ASMPT剥离其半导体材料业务，出售55%股权给智路资本，更名为AAMI。2024年10月23日，至正股份宣布，拟收购AAMI 99.97%股权。至正股份表示，交易完成后，港股上市公司ASMPT的全资子公司ASMPT Holding将成为至正股份的第二大股东，持股比例预计不低于20%，但本次交易不会导致至正股份控制权发生变更。
