（财见2024年12月5日讯）在中国香港从事房地产运营管理与投资以及数字安全技术业务的公司，敦信金融控股有限公司宣布，计划调整其美国存托股份（ADS）比率。调整前，每1份ADS代表480股A类普通股，调整后，每1份ADS将代表60,000股A类普通股，相当于每125股合并为1股的反向拆分，A类普通股则不受影响。

此次调整预计于2024年12月4日（美国东部时间）OTC Pink市场（OTC）开市时生效，对ADS的交易价格产生影响。在生效日登记在册的ADS持有人需将其ADS提交给存托银行进行注销和换股，以配合ADS比率调整。在ADS比率调整过程中，不会发行任何新的零碎ADS。相反，存托银行将汇总对新ADS的零碎权益并进行出售，并将出售零碎ADS权益所得的净现金收益（扣除费用、税费和开支后）分配给相应的ADS持有人。
