智通财经APP获悉，内房股再度走低，截至发稿，建发国际集团(01908)跌3.64%，报12.7港元；越秀地产(00123)跌2.8%，报5.55港元；新城发展(01030)跌2.51%，报1.94港元；富力地产(02777)跌1.27%，报1.56港元。
消息面上，中指研究院数据显示，1-11月，百强房企销售总额为38516.0亿元，同比下降32.9%，降幅较上月缩窄1.8个百分点。11月单月，百强房企销售额同比减少9.46%，环比减少18.62%。另据克尔瑞，11月TOP100房企实现销售操盘金额3633.5亿元，环比降低16.6%，较9月仍增长44.3%；同比降低6.9%，单月业绩同比降幅低于往年同期。
国金证券表示，尽管新政后10月同比首次转正，11月再度转负，但11月同比降幅较新政前单月同比-20%以上的降幅仍明显收敛。华泰证券表示，随着新政的刺激效应逐渐递减，新房销售高位回落，但仍较9月增长33%。该行认为，12月为房企传统业绩冲刺月份，房企的供货意愿将有所增强，叠加部分房企可能为了冲刺业绩进行年末促销，预计12月新房市场可能迎来一波翘尾行情。
