消息面上，加拿大多家媒体对OpenAI发起联合诉讼。他们称，OpenAI违反版权和在线使用条款，在未获得这些媒体许可或作出补偿的情况下，使用大量媒体内容帮助公司开发产品，从中获利。OpenAI否认相关指控，并发表声明称，公司对数据的使用以公开数据为基础，符合国际版权原则。
东吴证券指出，目前AI领域最核心的争议——公司使用版权素材训练AI是否需获版权方授权，中美两国法院都未给出答案。此外，日本将其列为“合理使用”行为。而OpenAI面临多项官司，原告均指控OpenAI擅自利用版权作品训练AI，侵犯了版权权利人的利益。在版权方和大模型合作过程中，阜博作为第三方服务角色，重要性有望提升。
