长实集团(01113.HK) 执行董事赵国雄接受电台访问时表示，目前楼市变化大，如政府在投地政策上一成不变，会将落后于形势。如果政府在土地供应方面能够多方面并行，有助支持本港经济及社会整体发展，日后北部都会区土地亦可用不同方法处理，令发展商有更多机会参与。
对于有同业提倡重推发展商勾地制度，他认为是可考虑方法，这可让更多发展商参与竞投。
对于近期政府多幅土地流标，赵国雄相信，这与土地所在位置未必适合发展，或可能出价未到价，认为发展商要做“开荒牛”，需要有条件吸引发展商，以市价推地会较难具吸引力，但强调不是希望政府贱卖用地。
