智通财经APP讯，威海银行(09677)公布，该行收到《山东金融监管局关于孟东晓威海市商业银行股份有限公司董事长任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]384号)、《山东金融监管局关于张文斌威海市商业银行股份有限公司行长任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]387号)、《山东金融监管局关于陈晓军威海市商业银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]383号)、《山东金融监管局关于焦卫锋威海市商业银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]382号)及《山东金融监管局关于彭锋威海市商业银行股份有限公司独立董事任职资格的批复》(鲁金复[2024]388号)，国家金融监督管理总局山东监管局已分别核准(i)孟东晓先生担任该行董事长的任职资格;(ii)张文斌先生担任该行行长的任职资格;(iii)陈晓军先生、焦卫锋先生担任该行非执行董事的任职资格;及(iv)彭锋先生担任该行独立非执行董事的任职资格。孟东晓先生及张文斌先生自2024年12月6日起分别正式就任该行董事长及行长。陈晓军先生、焦卫锋先生及彭锋先生自2024年12月6日起分别正式就任该行非执行董事和独立非执行董事。
