智通财经APP讯，中国燃气(00384)公布，于2024年12月6日，智慧能源(该公司的全资附属公司)、亮创及DragonMedia订立合资协议，据此成立合资公司以投资、开发及运营生物质能源相关项目。合资公司于成立后将成为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩亦将于集团的财务报表综合入账。智慧能源、亮创及DragonMedia分别出资3亿元、1.5亿元及5000万元。
成立合资公司是该集团的策略举措。合资公司将专注于生物质能源及可持续能源解决方案，标志着集团于能源领域写下新篇章。由于生物质能源具备再生能力、环境友好、丰富蕴藏量及低碳排放等多种优势，因此生物质能源在未来绿色能源市场中将占有重要地位。联合国环境规划署一直强调生物质能源在替代非可再生材料和化石燃料方面的作用。公司的生物质能源项目，由刘明兴教授创立发起。刘明兴教授对此项技术和市场有深入了解和研究，并在刘明辉先生和黄勇先生的支持下，开展了大量的项目前期工作，创新了商业模式并组建了市场开发与技术开发团队、储备了相关生物质能源利用的新技术和新项目。该集团认为合资公司的成立可以推动中燃在新能源领域的快速发展。
