新浪科技讯 12月7日凌晨消息，12月6日，阿里合伙人、阿里大文娱集团董事长兼CEO樊路远在灵犀互娱内部会议上做主题分享。

　　樊路远表示，“我的酸甜苦辣其实你们每个人都没有经历过。像饼叔（《三国志·战略版》制作人周炳枢），他经历过啥，就是待在网易，干点活完了出来创业没成功，最后投奔了一个‘袁绍’，就整个被接管了，就这么一回事儿。但是你们要知道袁绍财大志疏，被曹操最后以少胜多打成那个样子。我认为我们大多数同事没有经历过苦难，没有经历过工作生涯的这些委屈，我认为你们都不能大成功。”

　　樊路远还谈到，“在座的所有人，包括灵犀的管理层，你们没有经历过磨难，你们在一个很小的团体里面，经历所谓的这种成长，但我认为是不够成熟的。因为我们期待的灵犀是要面向整个市场，面向全球竞争的这样一家企业。你们必须有足够强大的心智、足够强大的格局、足够强大的眼光还有抗击打的能力。”
