东江集团控股修订关联交易上限至6205万港元
财中社12月6日电东江集团控股（02283）发布公告，修订现有持续关联交易年度上限。根据公告，东江集团控股与东江科技（深圳）及东江科技集团订立的租赁框架协议下，预计2024年12月31日的交易金额将超过现有年度上限6161万港元，董事会决定将该上限调高至6205万港元，以满足扩张后的业务需求。
截至2023年12月31日止财政年度及至2024年12月31日止财政年度，租赁框架协议项下的交易总额约为6488万港元和5675万港元。董事会指出，修订年度上限是为了适应集团扩展运营所需的租赁面积，确保未来业务需求得到满足。此外，董事会确认，所有交易均符合公司的利益，并在正常商业条款下进行。
