Bank of Marin Bancorp's top finance executive, Tani Girton, is retiring from the bank holding company.
Bank of Marin on Friday said Girton, who joined the Novato, Calif., company in 2013 and serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer and principal accounting officer, will depart effective Jan. 31.
The company said its treasurer, Dave Bonaccorso, will succeed Girton as chief financial officer and principal accounting officer on Jan. 2.
Bonaccorso, 49 years old, joined Bank of Marin as treasurer in August 2023.
