茶百道(02555.HK) 公布，于12月6日(今日)，董事会已审议及批准建议派发特别股息。根据公司利润分配政策，董事会建议向全体股东派发特别股息，每股派发现金股息0.36元人民币(含税)，其中根据公司实施的H股“全流通”而持有公司H股的股东，其股息以人民币支付；其他H股股东股息以港币支付，港币汇率以2024年第三次临时股东大会前3个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑换港币平均基准汇率计算。
公司将共计派发现金股利5.3亿元人民币。特别股息将以自有资金(而非上市所得款项)拨付。
