智通财经APP讯，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)发布公告，内容有关中国证券监督管理委员会出具的关于公司可向专业投资者公开发行面值不超过人民币50亿元的公司债券的批复。根据批复，公司可自批复之日起24个月内分期发行公司债券。董事会计划根据批复于2024年12月10日至2024年12月11日期间在中国市场公开发行规模不超过人民币15亿元(含人民币15亿元)的2024年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(高成长产业债)(第一期)，并将按照有关法律法规和批复的要求及公司股东大会的授权办理第一期公司债券发行的相关事宜。
