智通财经APP讯，威高股份(01066)公布，于2024年12月6日，该公司及Weigao International Holding Corporation Pte. Limited(公司的全资附属公司)(统称“该等借款人”)分别与世界银行集团成员及全球规模最大的聚焦新兴市场私营部门的发展机构国际金融公司(国际金融公司)订立贷款协议，据此，将根据该等贷款协议载列的条款及条件向该等借款人提供本金总额不超过2.5亿美元的贷款。自2029年3月15日开始，该等借款人各自将分7期、每半年以大致相等金额偿还该等贷款，最后一期于2032年3月15日到期。董事会认为，该等贷款将促进公司于东南亚的业务拓展以及于中国的资本开支及研发投入。
