新浪科技讯 12月7日凌晨消息，12月6日，阿里合伙人、阿里大文娱集团董事长兼CEO樊路远在灵犀互娱内部会议上做主题分享。

　　樊路远表示，对于灵犀，他认为从一开始就没有流淌着阿里的血脉。因为当时灵犀的管理层并不充分认同阿里文化，在企业的价值观、理想使命上，并没有与阿里的使命愿景相匹配，在目标上是没有达成共识的。

　　“过去的灵犀，管理层未能充分认同阿里的文化，将灵犀视为自己的小王国，这导致了灵犀的收入逐年下降，有很多的数字可以证明。而且离开文娱的灵犀，三年多来，缺乏激情，保守、顽固、封闭，总用之前的经验看待未来。但这个时代早就变了，没有国际视野，也完全没有人才梯队的培养，存在拉帮结派，还在用老一套的游戏思维做游戏。”

　　不过樊路远提到，“但今天，至少在过去的七、八个月，在饼叔（《三国志·战略版》制作人周炳枢）为首的管理层带领下，我从你们的眼神中，能感到一点点阿里的味道。其实人的转变是需要时间的，经历过几年的迷茫，我觉得灵犀终于回家了。”
