英国监管机构周四批准了沃达丰英国公司与李嘉诚家族和记黄埔集团旗下电信品牌Three UK之间价值190亿美元的合并交易，这将创建英国最大的移动运营商，并将网络数量从4个减少到3个。

　　英国竞争与市场管理局（Competition and Markets Authority）此前曾表示，这笔交易可能会推高客户的价格，但该机构后来承认，对网络投资的承诺，以及对零售和批发客户的短期保护，足以解决其担忧。
