近日，茶百道“超级蔬食”系列饮品再扩容，推出“维C速燃甜椒”饮品。茶百道方面向记者介绍，一个甜椒的维生素C含量约为166mg，相当于14颗柠檬，其维生素E含量则达到15颗樱桃的含量。在甜椒中还含有一种神秘成分——辣椒素酯，该成分具有促进脂肪燃烧、加快新陈代谢的作用。
如今，消费者的饮食观念已悄然转变，不再仅仅追求食物的口感与味道，而是更加注重食物原料本身的营养价值和功能性。CBNData数据显示，健康食品备受瞩目的五大要素依次为：富含营养价值、符合食品安全认证、成分透明安全、0添加纯天然、低糖低脂低卡。“超级食物”这一概念逐渐进入大众视野，开始受到消费者的关注。
