易大宗(01733)拟斥资约1.416亿元收购珠海物业

智通财经APP讯,易大宗(01733)公布,于2024年12月6日,该公司间接全资附属易大宗广东拟向王兴春收购位于珠海市的该等物业,总代价为约人民币1.416亿元,将以集团内部资源偿付。

将予购买的物业为中国广东省珠海市横琴新区濠江路258号中葡商贸广场19层1901至1912办公单位,总建筑面积2,244.11平方米,及位于中国广东省珠海市香洲区前湾五路666 号49栋101房的物业A,面积为859.65平方米,位于中国广东省珠海市香洲区前湾五路666 号40栋101房的物业B,面积为865.53平方米。

本次拟收购的物业目前均由公司租赁用于办公及会务使用。为更好地服务于公司业务全面发展,同时考虑到公司未来需持续付出的租赁成本,公司拟一次性收购上述资产,将持续租赁转为自持拥有,有利于公司跨国区域总部完善商务配套一体化。
