截至2024年11月30日止11个月，集团在管项目合约销售为人民币121.57亿元，同比减少52.5%，合约销售建筑面积198.79万平方米，同比减少48.8%。截至2024年11月30日止十个月每平方米平均售价为人民币6115元，同比减少7.2%。
于2024年11月，集团获得6个新签合约项目，合约建筑面积44.51万平方米。截至2024年11月30日止11个月，集团拥有27个新签合约项目，新增合约建筑面积222.49万平方米，较2023年同期减少64.0%。
截至2024年11月30日，集团拥有256个在管项目，总建筑面积为3076.56万平方米。截至2024年11月30日，集团拥有合计445个签约项目，累计签约建筑面积5531.77万平方米。
