智通财经APP讯，IDT INT'L(00167)发布公告，公司董事会最近得悉，广东省深圳市中级人民法院(法院)已于2024年9月25日接纳万威电子(深圳)有限公司(万威深圳，公司的间接全资附属公司)的破产呈请(呈请)，并已委任广东鹏浩律师事务所为万威深圳的破产管理人(管理人)。根据公司可得资料，有关呈请乃基于索偿2024年5月1日至2024年9月8日期间的未付薪金而作出。
万威深圳为一间于2012年11月6日根据中华人民共和国法律成立的外商独资有限责任企业，主要从事制造消费者电子产品及塑胶部件以及提供表面贴装技术组装服务，自2022年3月起并无营运业务。
公司正在征询其法律顾问的意见，并将考虑采取行动以保障公司及其股东的利益。委任管理人后，公司将不再被视为对万威深圳拥有控制权。因此，万威深圳的财务业绩已不再与集团的财务业绩综合入账，自2024年9月25日起生效。
于本公告日期，董事会并不知悉呈请对集团业务产生任何重大不利影响，集团继续正常运作。
