金吾财讯 | 中国建筑国际(03311)公告，中建国际投资（公司的间接全资附属公司）订立保理安排，据此，于同日，中建国际投资(1)与温州海升订立应收账款转让合同一；(2)与温州海恒订立应收账款转让合同二；及(3)与中建商业保理订立保理合同，内容有关向中建商业保理转让应收账款，中建商业保理(a)按折价率 94.7%向中建国际投资提供本金为人民币 2.50 亿元（相当于约港币 2.72 亿元）并根据保理合同一自提取日起计为期不超过十二个月的应收账款保理服务，及(b)按折价率94.7%向中建国际投资提供本金为人民币 1.942 亿元（相当于约港币 2.111 亿元）并根据保理合同二自提取日起计为期不超过十二个月的应收账款保理服务。
