EQT Holdings (ASX:EQT) completed its integration of Australian Executor Trustees, delivering AU$3.9 million in revenue synergies in fiscal 2024, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The process, supported by a transition service agreement with Insignia Financial (ASX:IFL), was on schedule and within the AU$22 million budget.
Cost synergies of AU$3.5 million per year are expected from the second half of fiscal 2025, the company said.
"From a financial perspective, we will see the full benefit for the first time in fiscal 2026, but much of that will come through in the second half of fiscal 2025," Managing Director Mick O'Brien said.
Insignia Financial's shares were up 3% in recent Thursday trade.
