Petco Health & Wellness (WOOF) reported a fiscal Q3 adjusted loss Thursday of $0.02 per share, narrower than a loss of $0.05 a year earlier.

Net sales for the quarter ended Nov. 2 were $1.51 billion, up from $1.49 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.50 billion.
The company expects breakeven to adjusted earnings of $0.02 in fiscal Q4 and net revenue of about $1.55 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of $0.03 per share on revenue of $1.57 billion.
Shares jumped 12% in after-hours activity.
