怡园酒业拟向控股股东出售PacificSurplus与EpicWealth 预计亏损3250万港元
财中社12月6日电怡园酒业（08146）发布公告，宣布与控股股东陈芳签订了PacificSurplus和EpicWealth的出售协议。根据PacificSurplus协议，公司同意以7128万港元出售PacificSurplus的全部已发行股本和待售贷款。待售贷款为公司向万浩提供的免息贷款，万浩将成为PacificSurplus的全资附属公司。
此外，公司还与陈芳签订了EpicWealth协议，出售EpicWealth已发行股本的30%，代价为3888万港元。董事会建议在独立股东批准相关决议案后，向股东宣派PacificSurplus特别股息每股7.802港分，及EpicWealth特别股息每股4.256港分。
公告中提到，若两项出售均完成，公司预计将确认约3250万港元的出售亏损，并在其他全面收入中确认约1900万港元的出售亏损。
