敏实集团已回购1024万股
财中社12月6日电敏实集团（00425）发布公告，披露截至2024年12月5日的股份变动情况。根据公告，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）在此期间减少了50万股，现有已发行股份总数为11.52亿股，库存股份则增加至1024万股。此次股份变动的每股回购均价为13.2809港元，回购股份占变动前已发行股份的0.0434%。
此外，公司在2024年5月31日通过了回购授权，允许回购总数为1.16亿股。截至目前，根据回购授权，公司已回购股份总数为1024万股，占授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.8816%。公告还指出，任何新股发行或库存股份的再出售或转让将在2025年1月4日之前受到限制。
