鸿海发布公告，子公司全数出售智能电视品牌Vizio持股，给美国零售业巨擘沃尔玛，交易总金额5070.4949万美元（约新台币16.44亿元）。

鸿海说明，子公司Foxconn Assembly HoldingCorporation处分目的为实现投资利益，依取得成本计算，已实现利益2693.4861万美元，列入今年度未配盈余，按照国际财务报导准则第9号（IFRS9）规定，其中1018.181万美元由2023年度其他权益转列，1675.4680万美元列为今年度其他综合损益。

根据数据，鸿海在2018年6月通过子公司转投资金额规模2499.99万美元（约新台币7.54亿元），取得Vizio普通股约3.1%。

沃尔玛在今年2月宣布以23亿美元、每股11.5美元，收购全美市占率第三的智能电视品牌Vizio股权。中国台湾上市公司包括瑞轩、鸿海、群创等为Vizio股东。瑞轩曾在8月公告，陆续出售Vizio股票70万股，后续将全数出售。（校对/李梅）
