华龙证券指出，2022年9月，《国资委79号文》明确要求所有央国企在2027年前完成信息化系统的信创国产化改造，实现100%的信创替代。此外，信创逐步从党政走到行业，国产替代品类有望从基础硬件逐步向基础软件、应用软件及安全类产品倾斜。华为鸿蒙方面，原生鸿蒙操作系统已于今年内正式发布并公测，国产操作系统实现里程碑式突破。
国信证券指出，纯血鸿蒙市场潜力巨大，中软国际为鸿蒙原生应用开发及培训钻石服务商，充分受益于纯血鸿蒙的发展；公司同深开鸿深度绑定，共同推进鸿蒙行业解决方案，预计业绩逐步释放。中信证券也表示，看好鸿蒙OS的渗透率提升及软件生态持续加速成型，鸿蒙生态合作伙伴有望迎来发展机遇。
