红星资本局12月5日消息，今日，红星资本局从贵州金沙窖酒酒业有限公司（以下简称“金沙酒业”）方面获悉，公司决议对管理层做出如下变更：
现董事长魏强拟不再兼任金沙酒业董事长，继续担任华润啤酒（00291.HK）副总裁、华润酒业总经理及金沙酒业董事。
范世凯，拟兼任金沙酒业董事长，继续担任华润啤酒副总裁及华润酒业副总经理。
李濮，出任金沙酒业党委书记、总经理。
对此管理层变动，金沙酒业解释为“为进一步提升企业治理能力，完善企业管理架构，增强企业运营能力，推动金沙酒业持续健康发展。”
