智通财经APP讯，中智药业(03737)发布公告，根据国家发展和改革委员会于2024年9月8日发布的《限制外商投资产业目录(2024年版)》(2024年目录)，已取消外国投资于传统中药饮片的蒸、炒、艾灸及煅烧等炮制技术的应用及中成药保密处方产品的生产等制造业的限制。因此，公司获准持有中智中药饮片的股权。
鉴于上述情况，公司拟进行解除，以持有中智中药饮片的股权。公司已咨询其法律顾问以评估2024年目录的影响，并接触当地政府以商讨解除的影响及管理程序。于收到当地政府的反馈后，公司拟尽快进行解除。公司将于适当时候按照上市规则及香港交易所指引信GL77-14的规定对解除作出必要披露。
