由路劲地产及深圳控股(00604.HK) 合作发展的屯门管翠路18号项目“MORI凯和山”开放予传媒参观，发展商预告短期内将正式向住户开放逾4.7万平方呎的豪华园林会所“Club MORI”。路劲地产销售及市场推广总监颜景凤透露，该项目已届现楼，并陆续交付入伙，目前已交付单位约有50%业主入住。此外，项目亦正为住客申请尊属接驳车，方便住客前往屯门港铁站。
