金吾财讯 | 红星美凯龙(01528)公告，全资子公司北京红星美凯龙世博家具广场向中国民生银行北京分行申请18亿元（人民币，下同）的经营性物业抵押贷款，贷款期限12年，该集团为融资提供全额连带责任保证担保，并将持有北京红星的100%股权提供质押担保，北京红星拟将其享有物业运营收入及北京市朝阳区东四环中路193号房产提供抵押担保。此外，该集团全资子公司厦门红星美凯龙商业营运管理向光大银行厦门分行申请为期不超过12个月、总金额不超过1000万元授信，该集团为融资提供连带责任保证担保。另外指，公司拟向开业委管商场合作方提供财务资助，在不影响正常生产经营情况下，计划在2025年度内新增提供财务资助额度合计不超过1亿元，而截至10月31日，对全部开业委管商场合作方的财务资助余额约2亿元，对于存在财务资助到期后未能及时清偿的开业委管商场合作方，该集团不会向对方追加提供财务资助。有关资助需待股东批准。
