　　黎碧芝已获委任为授权代表之一；公司的公司秘书；及根据《公司条例》（香港法例第622章）第16部及上市规则第19.05（2）条代表公司于中国香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人（法律程序代理人）。上述委任将共同自2024年12月5日起生效。
