消息面上，近期美国商务部公布其对东南亚四国柬埔寨、马来西亚、泰国和越南晶体光伏电池（无论是否组装成组件）反倾销税调查的初步肯定性裁定：四国反倾销税率范围在0—271.28%。中泰国际表示，市场关注正在四川举行的中国光伏行业协会年度大会(12月4-6日)。如果会后欠缺正面消息，恐怕在美国向东南亚进口产品收取高关税及光伏产品价格持续下跌等不利因素下，光伏板块短期会受压。
另据上证报，记者从中国光伏行业协会获悉，中国光伏行业协会于12月5日在四川宜宾举行关于促进光伏产业高质量可持续发展专题座谈会。记者从一家参会企业负责人处证实，参会企业均参与签订了一份自律公约，相约在未来一段时间内的发展中自觉控制产能，避免盲目扩张。
