12月6日，清华大学生物医学工程学院教授洪波在上海举行的国际脑机接口大会2024上向记者透露，中国自主研发的NEO脑机接口设备明年将应用在全国约10个中心，30-50例脑机接口植入手术中。
马斯克旗下脑机接口公司Neuralink宣布，已获加拿大卫生部批准启动在该国的首次临床试验，目前已开始公开招募受试者。Neuralink声明称，与此前的PRIME研究类似，这项名为CAN-PRIME的研究旨在评估Neuralink植入物和手术机器人的安全性，并评估该公司脑机接口在“帮助四肢瘫痪患者用意念控制外部设备”方面的初步功能。
西部证券研报指出，脑科学与类脑研究是“十四五”七大科技前沿领域攻关项目之一，脑机接口是当前来看应用有望落地的核心关键技术之一。建议关注0-1阶段相关海外标的，以及国内映射。

南京熊猫电子股份(00553)：南京熊猫在投资者互动平台表示，脑机接口方面，公司承担了省重点研发计划专项，目前还在研制阶段。
心玮医疗-B(06609)：2023年6月25日，我国自主研发的国内首例介入式脑机接口在北京成功完成动物试验。该介入式脑机接口由南开大学人工智能学院教授段峰科研团队牵头与心玮医疗联合研发。
