港华智慧能源(01083.HK) 宣布，在深圳证券交易所成功发行内地市场首宗工商业分布式光伏及储能“资产支持专项计划”(类REITs)，也是首间本港上市公司在境内成功发行该类“类REITs”个案。
是次“类REITs”集资项目发行规模为5.15亿元人民币，优先级证券票面利率为2.3%。项目为期3年，每次更新可续期3年，总年期最长18年。项目获得2.5倍认购，市场反应良好。
港华智慧能源透过建立“资产支持专项计划”，把部分分布式光伏及储能电站资产证券化，以提高公司流动性。募集资金将用作继续投资屋顶光伏发电及储能电站等可再生能源项目，推动绿色能源普及，协助国家零碳、低碳转型。(sl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-06 12:25。)
