金吾财讯 | 航运股上扬，中远海能(01138)涨3.52%，中国外运(00598)涨2.99%，太平洋航运(02343)涨2.09%，中远海发(02866)涨1.92%，东方海外国际(00316)涨1.2%。消息面上，中银证券表示，环保法规影响干散货航运市场，新造船市场高景气延续。环保法规推动老旧运力淘汰，全球贸易格局有所改变，干散货航运市场正经历变革。随着国际海事组织（IMO）对船舶排放标准的要求日益严格，老旧船舶因不符合环保标准而被迫退出市场。未来几年，随着环保法规的进一步收紧，干散货市场的运价有望得到抬升。新能源行业的发展也为干散货航运市场注入了新的增长动力。德路里表示，随着对年轻且高效船队的需求上升，租船市场的细分化趋势正在加剧。随着欧盟排放交易体系（ETS）在欧洲地区鼓励年轻船队的使用和FuelEU海事法规的出台，将进一步吸引低碳/零碳能力船舶，预计欧洲地区的干散货运价将上涨。新造船市场高景气延续，小型干散货船需求增加。船舶经纪公司Banchero Costa在其最新的周报中表示，各个细分船型的新造船订单都有所增加，但数量略微下降。Banchero Coast还补充了一笔交易：三井造船2011年建造的56,000载重吨“ND Armonia”轮以1795万美元被印尼船东购得，反映出上周市场对较小干散货船有较高的需求。
