消息面上，国务院办公厅近期印发的《关于加快完善生育支持政策体系推动建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》提出，加强生殖健康服务，指导各地将适宜的分娩镇痛以及辅助生殖技术项目纳入医保报销范围。目前已有北京、内蒙古、江西、山东等27个省份及新疆生产建设兵团将辅助生殖项目纳入医保支付，今年1-9月累计惠及患者103.13万人次，基金支出19.57亿元。
此外，国家医保局办公室、财政部办公厅近日印发《关于做好医保基金预付工作的通知》。华兴证券指出，建立预付金制度有望缓解医疗服务行业回款压力；预付金将有效调动医疗机构积极性。我们预计随着预付金制度的建立，中国医药服务行业有望加速回款，实现经营效率的提升，推荐锦欣生殖等。
