金融界12月5日消息，智中国际在2024年上半年，收入从2023年同期的107.8百万港元增长约22.9百万港元，增长幅度约为21.2%，达到130.7百万港元。收益增长主要得益于去年获得的部分项目的贡献。公司毛利于2024年上半年也有所增长，从2023年同期的约12.1百万港元增加约1.3百万港元至约13.4百万港元。同时，净利润从2023年同期的约0.9百万港元增长约1.1百万港元到约2.0百万港元。然而，受到一些新授与的外墙工程项目毛利率较低的影响，公司的毛利率从去年同期的11.3%略微下降到10.2%。此外，由于期内确认为经营和行政支出的员工成本增加，使得经营和行政开支从10.7百万港元增加到12.6百万港元。
