智通财经APP讯，中国生物制药(01177)发布公告，集团和博奥信生物技术(南京)有限公司(博奥信)就其联合开发的TSLP单克隆抗体“BSI-045B (TQC2731)”与Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc.(Aclaris Therapeutics)达成全球合作协议。
在达成合作协议的同时，Aclaris Therapeutics与博奥信达成许可协议，获得BSI-045B (TQC2731)和另一款临床前产品在全球(除中国大陆、中国澳门、中国香港、中国台湾)开发、生产和商业化的独家授权。根据合作协议及许可协议的条款，Aclaris Therapeutics同意支付总计超过4000万美元现金作为首付款以及承担部分开发成本和药物产品材料费用，Aclaris Therapeutics 19.9%的股权(股份编号NASDAQ： ACRS，以2024年12月4日收盘价计算，总价值近5400万美元)，总计潜在超过9亿美元的研发及销售里程碑付款，和单位数比例的销售分成。本集团将获得以上交易对价的一部分。
