智通财经APP讯，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)发布公告，公司拟发行2024年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(高成长产业债)(第一期)，发行总额不超过人民币15亿元(含15亿元)。本期债券品种一票面利率预设区间为1.60%-2.60%，本期债券品种二票面利率预设区间为1.80%-2.80%，最终的票面利率将根据簿记建档结果确定。
本期债券的募集资金扣除发行费用后，将用于偿还有息债务及补充流动资金。
