GFL Environmental's (GFL) environmental services business has attracted interest from three investment firms, Apollo Global Management (APO), EQT (EQT) and Stonepeak, Bloomberg reported Friday.
The suitors have discussed financing options with potential lenders ahead of a bid deadline this month, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter.
The report cautioned that there was no guarantee any of the firms would pursue a deal or that they would remain the only bidders for the business.
GFL, Apollo, and EQT did not immediately respond to comments from MT Newswires.
