华润旗下金沙酒业人事调整，李濮出任总经理
12月5日，据多家媒体报道，华润啤酒（00291.HK）旗下金沙酒业进行了人事调整，李濮任金沙酒业总经理、金沙窖酒酒业有限公司营销中心总经理，任期自2024年12月4日起至2026年12月31日止。公司原总经理范世凯已调回华润啤酒，当前仍为华润啤酒副总裁。
知情人士向蓝鲸新闻记者透露，此次人事变动确实属实。据悉，此举旨在进一步落实现代企业制度，完善上市公司的治理结构，并尽量减少高管人员的兼职情况。
“接下来将按照合法决策程序进行人事调整，魏强将辞去金沙酒业董事长一职（但仍将担任华润啤酒控股副总裁和华润酒业总经理），而范世凯将接任金沙酒业的董事长。”知情人士对蓝鲸新闻记者表示。
公开资料显示，李濮此前曾任华润雪花啤酒河南区域公司总经理、郑州事业部总经理以及贵州区域党委书记，凭借在华润啤酒系统的多年工作经验，李濮对一线市场有着深入的了解和洞察，作为新任金沙酒业总经理和营销中心总经理，李濮有望将其在啤酒行业的成功经验应用到白酒市场中，推动金沙酒业在贵州市场的进一步发展。
