　　勇利投资及要约人华建有限公司联合公布，要约人已于2024年11月28日完成向盛联发展有限公司收购约3.16亿股股份，相当于公司全部已发行股本约28.79%，要约人将根据收购守则提出自愿性有条件全面现金要约，以收购全部要约股份。每股要约股份现金0.1094港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.12港元折让约8.83%。公司已申请股份自2024年12月5日上午九时正起于联交所及新交所恢复买卖。
