Geely Automobile Holdings (HKG:0175) and Renault Group each retained their 45% stakes in Horse Powertrain after energy and chemicals company Aramco completed its acquisition of a 10% stake.
Aramco's investment is based on a 7.4 billion-euro enterprise valuation of Horse Powertrain, according to a Dec. 2 news release.
The Horse Powertrain joint venture provides hybrid and internal combustion powertrain products and services.
Geely shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade on the Hong Kong bourse.
