智通财经APP获悉，在新加坡提供室内设计和装修服务的FBS Global周四向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了新的F-1申请，披露计划通过首次公开募股(IPO)筹集至多1100万美元。该公司此前于2023年1月提交IPO申请，但上个月撤回了申请。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“FBGL”。
FBS Global表示，它是新加坡一家成熟的室内设计和装修专家。其服务范围包括天花板、隔墙、木地板、地毯、铅衬里、隔音墙板、内置家具、木工以及机电服务的设计、供应和安装。公司还承接主要建筑工程项目。FBS Global成立于1996年，截至2024年6月30日的12个月营收为1600万美元。
