超威动力续签电池设备协议 确保三年稳定供应
财中社12月8日电超威动力（00951）发布公告，宣布与浙江兜兰续签电池生产设备购买协议，协议有效期为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日。此次续签协议将延续之前的协议，旨在确保公司在未来三年内稳定获得电池智能生产设备及配套设施。根据协议，超威电源将以实际成本加上20%至25%的毛利率向浙江兜兰购买设备，确保价格公正合理。
在建议的年度上限方面，2025年、2026年和2027年的年度上限均为4000万元，预计交易金额在各年度上限之内。公告指出，周先生为公司控股股东及执行董事，其与浙江兜兰存在关联关系，因此本次交易被视为持续关联交易，符合上市规则相关规定。董事会认为该协议条款公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
