智通财经APP讯，科伦博泰生物-B(06990)发布公告，冯慧森已辞任(i)公司的联席公司秘书;(ii)根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条委任的公司授权代表;及(iii)根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下及上市规则第19A.13(2)项下代表公司于中国香港接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2025年1月1日起生效。
黄慧儿亦已辞任根据公司条例第16部项下的法律程序文件代理人，自2025年1月1日起生效。
冯慧森辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，钟明辉已获公司委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及根据公司条例第16部项下及上市规则第19A.13(2)项下的法律程序文件代理人，以接替冯慧森的空缺，自2025年1月1日起生效。周泽剑将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
